- Account Data: email address and password (via Firebase Authentication).
- Location Data: GPS location of your device while using the app, including in the background, strictly for attendance tracking and monitoring worker movement at job sites.
- QR Codes: data from scanned QR codes for check-in/check-out at locations.
- Work Data: job statuses, check-in/check-out times, offline records that are synchronized once the internet connection is restored.
2. How We Use Data
The collected data is used exclusively for:
- Recording worker attendance at job locations.
- Monitoring and supervising completed tasks by supervisors.
- Enabling offline functionality and later synchronization of data.
- Improving the app’s functionality and stability.
Data is not sold, rented, or used for marketing purposes.
3. Data Sharing
Data is stored in the Firebase Realtime Database (Google Cloud) and may only be accessed by:
- Workers (their own data).
- Supervisors and administrators (overview of workers and jobs).
Data is not shared with third parties except when legally required.
4. Security
- Authentication via Firebase Auth.
- HTTPS encryption of all communications.
- Restricted access to data only for authorized users.
5. Your Rights
Users have the right to:
- Request access to their data.
- Request correction or deletion of data.
- Stop using the application and request account deletion.
